Setup
- Cones to mark the playing field
- 2 goals
- Divide into teams of 5 players
Procedure
- The exercise starts with a 1:0 scenario leading to a shot on goal (no follow-up shots allowed).
- Immediately after, 2 opposing players with a ball start a 2:1 situation into the field.
- After each ball out of play or goal, alternately 2 players from each team enter the field, progressing to a 5:4 game. Then, a short break.
- In the next round, the other team starts the exercise.
Tip
Coaching Points
- Utilize the numerical advantage to quickly combine and dribble through.
- Immediate transition is required.
- Defenders try to cover the space.
