Number of Players1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players, 10-15 players
Setup
1 goal
Cones to mark positions
Enough balls on the baselines
Procedure
Players position themselves as per the diagram.
Players in line each have a ball at their feet. Players on the baseline have multiple balls. The first player in line dribbles shortly and then takes a shot. Then, the player receives a flat, hard pass from the corner of the penalty area. This pass is finished directly. Afterward, the player receives a thrown ball from a player next to the goal. The player attempts to head the ball into the goal.
Tip
Coaching Points
Take another look away from the ball before the finish.
2nd shot: If the shooter is close enough to the goal, often a well-placed inside foot shot is sufficient.
Header: head the ball from movement, build up arch tension.
