Triple jump

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Progression
  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players

Setup

One pass takes about 10 seconds. The number of players is unlimited. Two cones can mark the start and end.

Procedure

Wide, expansive one-leg jumps. Alternating from the left to the right footpad. Both legs are bent. The arms are swung along in the counter movement. The upper body is upright. The goal is to push yourself wide and high and stand in the air as long as possible.

Tip

- Palms are open, do not make fists (for a sprinter it makes 3/100 sec. difference); In football, it can be decisive in that the ball hits the post or the goal. - Walking on the pads of your feet, not your whole foot or heel. - Loose, light appearance, no trampling or stamping but light-footedness. - The arms bent on the body move alternately with the legs. Not away from the body (no goal celebration). - As diagonal as possible (left arm / right foot and vice versa)
