Land on the balls of the feet. The next jump immediately follows after a short ground-time.\n- Directly after the final tuck jump, the player has to position himself so that his standing leg is laterally offset to the ball, and the leg with which he wants to kick the ball is swung back.\n-Just before contact with the ball via the GC, the goalkeeper performs a short, forward two-legged preparatory jump, or takes a short step forwards. Spreads his arms, bends his legs slightly and stands on the balls of his feet. The feet point in the direction of the coach and are at hip-distance apart.
