Five hurdles are set up at varying heights and varying distances. The height ranges from 0.5 m to 1.20 metres and the gaps between 1-2 metres. The players line up at the starting cone, which is 4 metres in front of the first hurdle. The finish cone is 7 metres behind the last hurdle. 5-8 rounds.
Procedure
The players make two-footed/tuck jumps over the hurdles. They continuously move on the balls of the feet and push off powerfully upward before each hurdle. After the last hurdle, sprint to the finish cone.
