A gate is built on the top of the field, into which a goalkeeper positiones. 8 field players are positioned on the field according to the graphic. The strikers are about 10 meters apart and the two pairs of wings (A / E and D / H) each about 10-15 meters.
The first 4 passes of this attack variant are always the same: Player D plays a short pass to C (1), which passes the ball directly to H (2). Player H hits the ball to D (3), who now passes the ball on to the right striker J (4). The following pass sequences / pass options are freely selectable for the players. Depending on the selection, there are different pass sequences / attack situations: 5a) he bounces to C 5b) he plays in the run to H 5c) he plays to the right to D. If player C gets the ball, he has three more options: 6a) he plays in the alley to I 6b) he plays in the alley to J 6c) he plays to the right to D 6d) he plays to the left to E. When player E gets the ball, he dribbles diagonally into the box towards the goal and then has four further options: 7a) he plays in the alley to I or J 7b) he plays to the left to A, who crosses 7c) he shoots at goal 7d) he bounces back to B, who shoots on goal. After passes 5c, 6c and 7b, there is a cross in the penalty area. This means that the two strikers I and J cross and occupy the positions on the short and long posts; players C and B occupy the center of the back and one of the two wing pairs D / H and A / E occupy the side of the back, and use the flanks that come over the penalty area.
- Make sure that the rehearsed movement patterns lead to a fast, fluid overall movement. - Always demand accuracy and speed (the slow execution does not lead to success in the game). - Players should learn to observe (similar to the game) and be able to apply what they have observed. - The view should be released from the ball regularly (alternating gaze towards the ball and towards the front). - The diagonal balls are to be played as an inside kick and require sharpness and precision. - Players C, E and J have a variety of game options. - This variant of attack trains creativity enormously. - When crossing, it is important that the players start moving after the penultimate pass and explosively change positions shortly before the flank movement takes place at sprint speed. - The crossing players or attackers must not start too early. - Depending on how the pass player decides, pass and route changes for the other players. - 1 large field goal (s)
