Two-Footed Jumps in Different Directions

Setup

Each player needs an area of approx. 9 square metres.

Procedure

Players perform two-footed jumps in all four directions. The starting point is always position 1. Beginning in a slightly crouched position (approx. 90-degree bend at the knees on takeoff, upper body straight and slightly leaning forward), jump as far forward as possible (2). Then jump back to position 1 and continue to 3. Then jump to 1 again, then laterally left to position 4. Then jump right to 1, then laterally to position 5. Then back to 1. End of set.

Tip

- Rest 30-60 seconds after each set. - A total of 5-8 sets can be performed. - Push off on the balls of the feet. - Short, explosive jumps.
