A cone square is set up in which six players position themselves. The players at the two double-occupied positions each have a ball.
The ball-possessing players A+C pass simultaneously to their opposing players (B+D) and then follow their pass. Players B and D then direct the ball diagonally and run to the positions of A and C. The passing thus always alternates between a vertical pass (deep pass) and a diagonal pass to the teammate.
- The gaze should be directed at the entire field to not miss the timing of the next pass. Other important points: - The plant foot should be placed 30-40 cm to the side of or level with the ball. - For the inside of the foot pass, the toe points upward, the ankle is firmly tensed, and the upper body leans slightly forward over the ball. - Stand on the balls of the feet, slightly raise the kicking foot, and strike the ball in the centre. Bring the body over the ball and do not lean backward. - After striking the ball, follow through with the leg and transition into the running motion. - For the instep pass, the ankle is extended, toes point to the ground, and the upper body leans slightly over the ball. - When playing the ball with the outside of the foot, the player can easily lean backward. - For the inside of the foot kick, the player moves laterally offset to the ball and the body goes into a tilted position. - 4 cones
