The goalkeeper coach stands with balls approximately 11-20 m from the goal. At approximately 8 m from the goal, between the goal and the coach, an obstacle is placed that is open up to 1 metre from the ground and closed above. The goalkeeper is in the goal.
Procedure
The goalkeeper coach shoots or throws the balls at the goal. He can shoot/throw the balls under the obstacle, around the sides of the obstacle, or over the obstacle. 1: Swerve around the wall. 2: Shoot under the wall. 3: Throw over the wall.
Tip
- The goalkeeper sees the balls very late. This significantly reduces his reaction time. - Due to the delayed entry of the ball into the goalkeeper's field of vision and the resulting delayed perception of the flight path, the goalkeeper also has significantly less time to calculate it and is forced to anticipate faster. - The goalkeeper's goal is to hold the ball. If he cannot, he should deflect it to the side. - 1 full-size goal(s)
