Two wingers I + A are positioned in the half-space, and striker J is positioned at the edge of the penalty area as shown in the diagram. The balls are with A. A goalkeeper is in the goal.
Procedure
Player I passes to J (1) and player A makes an overlapping run past I. J passes the ball into the run of A (2) and runs toward the penalty area. Player A crosses the ball on the run into the penalty area so that it arrives approximately 4-11 metres from the goal (3). The two players I + J make crossing runs and try to finish the cross.
Tip
