A goal is placed on the head of the field, into which a goalkeeper positiones. 8 field players are positioned on the field according to the graphic. Two players each go to the left / right outer lane at a distance of 10-15 meters from each other. The two strikers take their position 10 meters apart, at the hight of the penalty area. The rest of the players line up in pairs behind players B and C. The balls are in the center circle.
Player C plays a diagonal ball in the path of E (1), which places the ball backwards to the approaching player A (2). Players B and C run towards the penalty area, 2-3 seconds later D and H start into the side back area. A now crosses from the half field into the penalty area (3). At the moment of the outward movement, B and C cross, occupy the positions on the first and second posts and try to use the flank. D and H use the balls that B and C do not reach.
- The strikers cross towards the first and second posts. - When crossing, it is important that the players start moving after the penultimate pass and explosively change positions shortly before the flank movement takes place at sprint speed. - The crossing players or attackers shouldn't start too early. - Make sure that the rehearsed movement patterns lead to a fast, fluid overall movement. - The view should be released from the ball regularly (alternating view towards the ball and towards the front). - The player expecting the pass makes a short counter-movement at the same time as the pass-out movement. - The pass should be played in the path of the ball-awaiting starter. - The pass player must observe the path of the player waiting for the ball. - 1 large field goal (s)
