A field is marked out with cones. A goal is put up at the head of the field, into which a goalkeeper positiones. A total of 6 field players go onto the field according to the graphic. On the left and right outer lanes at the level of the penalty area, two players position, they are 10 meters apart. Two cones are set up on the center line and the rest of the players go to them. The balls are with the players at the center line.
Player C plays a diagonal pass towards A (1), which dribbles towards the baseline (2). B and C run towards the penalty area, D and H start 2-3 seconds later into the right back area to the side of the penalty area. After dribbling, player A must decide approx. 5 meters before the baseline whether he crosses a cross into the penalty area (3a) or places the ball on the next player E (3b). In both cases, players B and C cross and occupy the positions on the short and long posts. If A chooses the cross, B and C try to use it, the ball goes beyond the penalty area, D and H try to finish. If A decides to play to E, he can come to the end himself or flank the ball from half position into the penalty area to B and C.
- The two players on the center line head towards the penalty area and cross towards the first and second posts. - When crossing, it is important that the players start moving after the penultimate pass and explosively change positions shortly before the flank movement takes place at sprint speed. - The crossing players or attackers shouldn't start too early. - Make sure that the rehearsed movement patterns lead to a fast, fluid overall movement. - Always demand accuracy and speed (the slow execution does not lead to success in the game). - The players should learn to observe (similar to the game) and to be able to apply what they have observed. - Correct the errors again and again to prevent incorrect automatisms being trained. - The view should be released from the ball regularly (alternating gaze towards the ball and towards the front). - The player expecting the pass goes into a short counter-movement at the same time as the pass-out movement of the pass-giver or runs towards the passer and accepts the pass in the forward movement (1 contact). - The pass should be played in the path of the ball-waiting starter. - The pass player must observe the path of the player waiting for the ball. - 6 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
