What do I need to do after I have sent back the contract?

Depending on whether you are already registered in the portal www.easy2coach.net or not, proceed as follows:

Option 1: I have not registered a team yet and I don’t have an easy2coach account yet

In this case, please register in the portal first. After registration, you can log in right away.

After logging in, you will automatically be prompted to create a team. Enter the details of one team from your club that will be using the portal.

Then create all additional teams that should work with easy2coach. After logging in, you can create teams via the left menu under “Other -> New team”. Feel free to also read our articles “Getting started”. Always use exactly the same club name so that all newly created teams are linked to each other automatically.

Option 2: I already have an easy2coach account and have created one or more teams

Option 3: Several teams from the club already exist in the portal and were created by different people

In this case, you first need to agree on who will be the main person responsible (super admin) for your club, as this can only be one person.
Afterwards, all people who previously created a team must invite the new super admin to their team and promote them to super admin (see the left menu “My team – Edit master data”. There you can transfer the super admin role to another team member).

The super admin should then create all additional teams that should work with easy2coach. Once the main person responsible has created all club teams, they should check whether all teams are already linked, so the benefits of the “Club Premium” membership can be fully utilized.
You can link teams under “My team –> Settings -> Links”.

Important notes

The first team you create will automatically be set up with a Premium membership that is valid for 5 days for this team. All additional teams will be created with the free Basic membership. Therefore, it is very important that you briefly inform us via our contact form as soon as you have created all teams for your club. Please provide your email address and your club name. We will activate your club membership for all teams within one business day.

In the meantime, you can already start working with the portal.

For example, create your players, training days, or matchdays for the new teams, or start inviting your coaches, players, parents and staff to the respective teams in your club. Using the portal together creates many advantages in communication, scheduling and data entry. You can invite existing contacts via the left menu under “Address book -> Invite contacts”.

If you want, you can integrate your own login on your club or team website. With this login, you and your team members can conveniently log in directly from your club or team website instead of taking the detour via www.easy2coach.net
