    20 seconds on each station 10 seconds to get to the next station (Recovery run) 3 minutes to get around the stations 5 sets

    Players work on each station for 20 seconds station 1 = Press ups Station 2 = Lunges Station 3 = quick feet Station 4 = Reaction runs Station 5 = Sprint Runs
