Plyometric + Vest + catch

    2 Hurdles. 2 dummies, cones , balls , vest

  • Process

    P1 will start with the weight vest to execute 4 squats, then take it off to make 2 jumps over the hurdles to make a basket catch, restart to do side skipping and step forward between the dummies for a front volley, and lastly execute a movement around the dummy to attack a ball between them (Side Dive)
