  • Organisation

    One ball per player.
  • Process

    The players juggle the ball in the following order: left foot, left knee/thigh, right foot, and right knee/thigh. After touching the right knee/thigh, the ball moves on to the left foot and the run-through starts all over again.
  • Tip

    - The players should only touch the ball once with each part of their body. - To introduce a competitive edge, the players can count the number of touches they are able to complete without the ball touching the ground. The player with the most touches - wins.
