Passing in a Box with Options II

  • Organisation

    A box is required. One player starts at each box, three players start at the start cone. The ball is with the group of 3.
  • Process

    The drill starts at the cone with three players. A pass is played to the receiver who comes towards the ball (1). The team mate then lays off the ball (2). The starting player passes the ball cross-field to the next player (3) etc. In principle: long ball - lay off - cross-field ball The passer and player laying off the ball swap positions. The sequence repeats itself continuously. Alternative: The drill can startwith 2 balls at the same time. Both diagonally opposite positions must have at least 2 players.
  • Tip
