Smallteam-game with goalzones

  • Organisation

    Small teams 2 or 3 players in each team with one joker who plays with the attacking team.

  • Process

    score a goal by taking the ball into the goalzones in the dicided way (can be dribbling, passning, recieving with wring foot, after an overlapp etc.)

  • Tip

    Change the size and shape of goalzones and pitch so that it fits your purpose with the practice.

  • Field size

    Adapted to number of players, age and skill level.
