Warm-Up I (Passing)

  • Process

    The players form pairs, go to one cone goal and pass through them. On command of the coach the players move to another cone goal.

Technique:

Trapping, Ballskill (Touch on the ball), Ball control, Passing, Dribbling, Shot technique/shooting, Feinting/trick dribbling


Tactics:

Defensive/Offensive play [Pushing, One on one, Quick transitioning (defense to offense), Quick transitioning (offense to defense), One On One]


Condition:

Speed of movement off the ball
