4 vs 2 with counterattack

    Set up box of 10m x 10m with 4 counterattack goals, each 2m behind the sidelines. The aim is keeping the ball with limited touches.

  • Process

    Process: 4 versus 2 After the offense loses the ball, the defense counterattacks and tries to score at one of the cone goals

    Variations:

    - Only 2 touches, passes on the ground

    - Direct 1 touch passes on the ground

Technique:

Passing, Ballskill (Touch on the ball), Trapping, Dribbling, Feinting/trick dribbling, Ball control

Shot technique/shooting [Inside of the foot, Inside of the laces passing, Outside of the foot]
