Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

In the single user license, the premium features are activated exclusively for you and therefore for your user account. All premium functions for team organization and training planning are activated for you and you can create as many teams as you want. You have activated Premium for yourself in all teams.

There is only one difference compared to Team or Club Premium:

All other team members continue to act as basic users. They use the free version in your team until they book Premium themselves.

If you want to access the premium functions with your entire team, we recommend the Team Premium License.

In the Team Premium License, all team members receive premium access in your team. You can find details about the Team Premium License here.

In the Team Premium License, the Premium License is concluded for one team. All premium functions are activated for all team members in this team.

This means that all team members have premium access to the premium functions in all apps:

Whether you choose the PREMIUM user license, the team license or the club license, all apps in easy2coach will always be activated for you.

In addition to the easy2coach Team Manager, this also includes the easy2coach Training App and easy2coach Tactics (our drawing and animation program).

The first team you create will receive a Team Premium membership for 5 days.

During this period, you can test all functions, including premium functions, of all apps for free. Your trial period will then be converted into a free basic account. You can either use the free basic version or upgrade to Premium if you like it.

We offer three premium versions:

The BASIC version has no time limit and is free. You can simply download the easy2coach Team Manager App or the easy2coach Training App from the store or register for free here on our website.

If you book PREMIUM through our shop, you will be given a subscription for the desired period.

You activate the premium functions for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months (Club Premium can be booked for 12, 14 or 36 months). You can view your term at any time via your customer account and of course cancel terms with just one click. Cancellation is possible up to one second before renewal (Club Premium licenses can be canceled in writing with 3 months' notice). You can find further details in our terms and conditions.

If you make the purchase directly via the iOS or Google Play Store, a subscription will be concluded via the respective store, which you would have to cancel directly in the respective store.
