NT Warm-Up Reactive Agility Race With Shot

    Field Set Up:

    See Diagram

    Equipment:

    Bibs, Balls, Tall Cones, disc cones (4 different colors), agility poles

  • Process

    Players go in pairs (preferably of similar speeds)

    When the coach says go, 2 players will sprint to first cone then head to the 4 colored cones.

    The coach will then yell out one or two colors and players must quickly touch those colors

    Then The players will race to a ball played by the coach

    First person to ball will shoot on goal

    The other player will just continue his/her sprint

    *Optional to use big or small goal; for big goal, optional to inlcude a keeper
