    The players are split into two teams. The starting point of the two teams is the halfway line.

  • Process

    On the coache's count, the two players start by running around the left side first.

    When player A is at the first cone, he receives a pass from the coach and shoots on the goal.

    Player B has to try and block him. He can counter on the opposite goal if his defensive action was successful.
