The attacking team has free play with the restriction that the goal must be activated for a shot on target.
The team must either dribble through one of the two dribble goals or play a pass to the forward through the yellow pass goal to be allowed to shoot on goal.
If the defending team can win the ball, they must attempt to dribble through one of the red dribble goals on the halfway line or play a pass to the forward through the yellow pass goal. If successful, the roles of the teams are reversed.
